Vlogtober 2016 Episode 5: real talk with Mae: depression and anxiety
Video info // Vlogtober 2016 – Day 9
Mental Health and Wellness is one of the most important subjects in my life due to my lupus journey, and years of mental illness. We need to not only combat the negative stigma on those who suffer from depression and anxiety, but we also need to be willing to talk about it so we can help others.
1 in 5 Americans experiences some form of mental illness or disorder in any given year. You are not alone. You can fight this and move forward.

If you or someone you know is suffering from a mental illness or disorder, please seek or encourage them to seek help. With understanding, effort, knowledge and empathy, we can get through this together. You’re not alone.
