It’s okay to take a break.
You’re not perfect.
You can’t be “On” all the time.
After point, being “ON” all the time drains you, just like a battery.
Sometimes, you just have to flip to “off” to recharge.
And it’s OK.
The Universe will understand.
When you tell yourself it’s OK, you begin to forgive yourself for all the things you didn’t do, you forgive yourself for all the things you did do. You begin to be grateful for what you were able to accomplish.
When you feel gratitude, you begin to feel love.
And love is the most healing power.
When you Do You first, you can conquer other things in your life with a greater sense of confidence and passion.
So tell yourself right now, “It’s OK. You’re Okay. I forgive you. I love you. Thank you.”
And tomorrow, start off with, “I’m going to be OK today.”
